You better not skip leg day if you want to activate these or else your bones will snap faster than your father after you took the last slice of synth meat pizza when he worked that quad shift to pay for your kindergarden fees. 

Anyway, if you DO have the legs to stop the 50G or so, then, you know. You're basically a fucking Iron Man, but, you know, better because you can skip the suit up sequence.
